These Terms & Conditions explain how Blacksheep Wellbeing operates, what you can expect from sessions, and the boundaries that keep our work safe and respectful. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the Service
Blacksheep Wellbeing provides wellbeing support, including:
emotional support
trauma‑informed support
support with depression and bereavement.
grounding and emotional regulation
identity rebuilding
integrative wellbeing sessions
This is not clinical therapy, crisis intervention, or a medical service.
If you require urgent or emergency support, please contact NHS 111, your GP, or emergency services.
3. Session Length & Fees
Sessions last 50 minutes.
The fee is to be agreed prior to commencing session.
Payment is due on the day of the session, unless agreed otherwise.
Payments are managed securely through Bank Transfer
4. Cancellations & Missed Sessions
To keep things fair and consistent:
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Missed sessions without notice are charged in full.
If I need to cancel, I will give as much notice as possible.
5. Confidentiality
Everything you share is confidential except in the following situations:
You give clear consent to share information.
I am legally required to share information.
There is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.
Safeguarding concerns
Professional supervision (information anonymised)
I will always aim to discuss any concerns with you first where possible.
6. Record Keeping
I keep brief notes to support our work. These are stored securely and kept for up to 7 years, in line with standard practice.
You have the right to request access to your records.
7. Your Responsibilities by working with Blacksheep Wellbeing, you agree to:
Attend sessions on time.
Communicate honestly.
Use the support appropriately.
Not attend sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Treat the space and process with respect.
If behaviour becomes unsafe or inappropriate, sessions may be ended.
8. My Responsibilities
I agree to:
Provide a safe, respectful, confidential space.
Work within my competence and training.
Maintain professional boundaries.
Keep your information secure.
Be clear about fees, availability, and expectations.
9. Online Sessions
If sessions are online:
You are responsible for having a private, quiet space.
A stable internet connection is required.
If connection fails, we will attempt to reconnect or reschedule.
10. Ending Support
You can end support at any time. It is helpful to discuss this in a session so we can close the work safely.
I may suggest ending or pausing support if:
The work is no longer appropriate.
Your needs change
A different type of support would be more suitable.

12. Legal Information
Blacksheep Wellbeing Ltd operates under UK law. Any disputes will be handled under the authority of the courts of England and Wales
